Blake Fielder-Civil has been sentenced to stay in jail until Christmas. Blake received 27 months after he pleaded guilty to assault and perverting the course of justice.

Previously, Blake Fielder-Civil has been pictured smoking heroin in his prison cell by journalists. The 25-year-old has been photographed inhaling the illegal substance in London’s Pentonville prison, despite claiming he is clean of narcotics. Just hours after the photos were taken, Amy pleaded for her spouse’s release as she performed at Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday party.

This is not the first set of pictures published of Amy or Blake partaking in drug activity. Earlier this year, The Sun published photos of Amy Winehouse smoking crack. Many had hoped that with “Blake incarcerated,” the two would be able to get clean and maintain a sober lifestyle. However, this has not been the case. Amy has been to rehab, but admitted to doing drugs the whole time. While Blake, who is serving time in London’s Pentonville Prison, has had many rumors of drug use about him while in jail. Now there are pictures of Blake doing heroine to prove it.

Blake’s mother, Georgette Civil, was present at the Snaresbrook Crown Court when Blake received his sentencing. Blake’s friend, Sophie Schandorff, was outside the court and showed her supporting to Blake.

Kate Anderson, Blake’s lawyer, told the media that they were disappointed with the judgement and might appeal. Blake’s lawyer also said that his client desired to keep off drugs and be a role model for his wife, Amy Winehouse.
